Great bike, shame about the App. Couldn't get the Bluetooth working so gave up as everything seems to work without it. Bike itself is well built and easy to put together. We changed the seat for something comfier. Quick UK delivery on the bike but accessories are shipped from China.

I'm really pleased with the build quality. Everything from frame to levers are well designed and solid. The installation instructions hadn't beenupdsted for the 2026 series but a little common sense and it was straightforwardto assemble. Personally I prefer using the electronic 6 speed option the display settings. A stand to slot into the frame when you take the seat post out would be very useful! Very happy with the battery range. A good buy highly recommend.

At 64yo I have several decent bikes, all in the shed gathering dust. I did LEJOG in 2011 but now my cycling legs seemed to have given up on me. It was time for a change!
The criteria…. Something that could fit in the car, something comfortable, hydraulic brakes maybe, electric assistance to get me further without worrying.
Alas, the ADO Air 20 Ultra was the answer! What a bike! No fighting with derailleurs or compromising with a single geared bike. After just one month I am a convert to EV cycling and an auto cycle gearbox. Simply brilliant and it has given me so much confidence to get back out cycling it’s incredible.

My first venture into a pedal assisted bike, and I certainly wasn't disappointed in the 2026 Air 20 Ultra, after weeks of research and comparing various bikes, the ADO lived up to my findings.

I'm slowly getting used to changing my pedal pressure to get the full benefit of pedal assist on hills, but all in all, really impressed with the quality and build of my ADO Air 20 Uktra.

It takes some time to get used to the difference in weight when compared to my other folding bike, but 110% recommend this bike.

Used daily in my role as a primary school cycling instructor, and can honestly say, the bike makes it so much easier when demonstrating exercises...

I purchased two Ado Air 20 Ultra during the Black Friday Sale, They arrived promptly (I was kept up to date with all shipment details), very well boxed and required little effort to put on the handlebars, saddle and peddles. All instruction's and tools came with the bike and were easy to follow. Unfortunately, the great British winter weather meant I didn't get a chance to give them a good test until recently. They were bought primarily for us to take on our caravan travels. I can get both the bikes in the boot of the car to travel. we have used these on a few occasions now and we are very pleased with the purchase. the bikes are very well made, look great, and when you ride them fill you with confidence, you don't know that you're riding a small wheeled bike. the hydraulic disk brakes have no problem in stopping you and the 3 speed automatic gears are a joy to use. Battery life seems to be as advertised, only had to use sport mode once, which was to get up a hill out of my village, which I managed to do without getting out of the saddle, something I can't do on my road bike!! I pontificated for couple of years over various folding ebikes but very pleased I chose the ADO. I teamed them up with a CARRADICE Carradura Rack Bag, that expands into small panniers and also has a rain cover. I have also found that for easy transportation, a Strata 175L Heavy Duty Storage box is a great option, as this has wheels and is stable in the boot of the car and caravan. The ADO App is also good and the sat nav application is good and directs on on to cycle paths/lanes.

Very happy with my purchase of the ADO Front Fork for Air 20 Pro. The item arrived quickly and was well packaged, so everything was in perfect condition on delivery. This bike's performance is excellent.
The second gear kicks in seamlessly. I have tried the assist modes and find the eco setting more than adequate for general bike rides.
The battery gives me confidence to explore as it has such a good range.
I love the no grease belt drive, especially as putting the bike in the book doesn't cause a mess.
I am only 5 feet tall and impressed how this bike is suitable for me. I have always struggled with bikes that don't account for shorter people!
I can't fault the Air 20 Pro (2-Speed) / Grey.
After three rides out I am delighted with it.

This bike is excellently engineered. It arrived thoughtfully packed and assembly was easy with great instructions. The rear indicators and front suspension make for safe and comfortable riding and the automatic gears have got me up the steepest hill without problems. Much lighter than my previous folding bike, the carbon belt is easy to maintain. It folds down quickly once you get used to it, and the lock on the battery post makes it secure when shopping etc. Bought some panniers for the rear rack - this comes as standard rather than an optional extra. The only downside for me was I was under the impression that the order came with a free gift, which I did not receive. However, I can recommend this bike. It is smooth, stylish and more powerful than my previous bike. Great value.

Bike is all good, sturdy and well built. No rattling metal parts. Transmission is consistent and reliable.
Torque is enough for me, I’m always on sport mode though.😀

Buena autonomía, la gran pega que resta 2 estrellas es el plegado, el imán hace poco por mantener la bicicleta plegada, cuando está plegada no se mantiene de pie. Plegada es difícil de empujar porque se despega el imán. Por lo demás. 100% recomendable. Lo mejor el servicio de atención al cliente.

With the combination of two torque sensors, 3 speed bafang gearbox and motor, and both ECO and SPORT settings the Ado Air 20 Ultra delivers power and assistance when you meed it most. In addition, the seatpost battery has an excellent range.

Excellent, just what my son needed to get across London using the tube. Folds easy and with a strap the forks and frame stay together ( the magnetic catch they sell didn't line up, so didn't work) then the bike can be wheeled by hand on one wheel.
Battery life looks good and easy again to charge off the bike.
Brilliant service from ado direct, answered all my questions so quickly.
Thinking about buying another one.

Brilliant bike, used it to commute to work every day since purchase I just wish it had a clip once it was folded to keep it together as the handlebar sometimes swivels and opens the bike up… also I missed out on the discount by a couple days which was wounding. Little gripes aside it really is a brilliant all rounder and you will ride comfortably on it all day.
