Does not hold its position on the handlebar

Does not hold its position on the handlebar. The rigid frame of my Air 20 Ultra shake and wiggle a bit over bumps thence the phone holder just folds under.
Perhaps I have a big phone? Xiaomi 15 Ultra is too big for the holder?
Decathlon does a better phone holder, which I own.

Hi David,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the phone holder on your Air 20 Ultra.

To address the issue you described:

Tightness check: Please verify whether the mounting clamp on the handlebar is fully tightened. Because the Air 20 Ultra uses a rigid frame, road impacts transfer directly to the handlebar accessories. If the mounting screw or clamp is not fully secured, the holder can loosen and fold forward under vibration.

Technical evaluation: The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is a larger device, but the holder should remain stable when properly installed. To help us determine if this is an installation issue or a component defect, please provide a short video or detailed photos showing:

How the clamp is currently mounted on the handlebar.

How the holder moves or folds under pressure.

Once you send over the photos or video, our technical team will inspect them and assist you with the next steps or a solution.

Best regards,

Ado air20s ebike is not bad

I ordered my ADO AIR 20 in November 2025, it was delivered quite quickly, they didn't have ado air 20 in stock so they offered to send air20s with no extra charge, and I accepted their offer, I spoke to a few people that have this bike and it seems they made this offer to everyone I spoke to. I ordered EU version and throttle was shipped separately from China, this fact was not indicated during purchase process, so was kinda upsetting, if they warned me beforehand then it would be fine. It's a good ebike, looks, feel and rides we'll. After aa few months rear light stopped working but I couldn't be bothered contacting support, and I have another light anyways, after around 6 months both mud guard broke, didn't want to replace them with the same once cause they were useless anyways, you need longer and wider mud guards, stock once are poorly designed. After around a year my battery started to play up, bike would shutdown every know and then and it got to a point when I couldn't turn it on at all, so I ended up with just a regular bike. I contacted support team, they sent me a video on how to test the battery, asked me to record a video and send it to then. It turned out that battery died, and Ado agreed to replace it and they also decided to replace discharge cable. They shipped discharge cable quickly but I'm still waiting for my battery, hopefully it will be here some time next week. I like this bike but there is a problem with crucial spare part, often they don't have it in stock or it will be shipped from China which can take a very long time to arrive, another problem is that in the UK they have only two authorised repair shops, one in East London and one in West London, and they are open only on weekdays from 10am to 5/6pm, I'm quite techie so I can do most repairs myself but people that are less techie will struggle.
